2. Purpose and Acceptance

Accessing and using this website makes you a user of it, and implies full and unreserved acceptance of everything set out in this Legal Notice from the moment of access.

Cleartora reserves the right to change or update the presentation, configuration and contents of the website, as well as these terms, unilaterally, at any time and without prior notice.

3. Terms of Use of the Website

You agree to use the website properly and lawfully, and specifically:

• Not to carry out unlawful or illegal activities, or activities contrary to good faith and public order.
• Not to introduce or spread computer viruses, malicious scripts or any other physical or logical system capable of causing damage to Cleartora's systems or those of third parties.
• Not to attempt to access, use or tamper with other users' accounts, databases or restricted areas of the server.
• To provide truthful and lawful information in enquiries and contact forms.

4. Intellectual and Industrial Property

All the contents of this website — including but not limited to source code, graphic design, visual architecture, text, logos, trade marks, icons, animations and interactive demonstrations — belong to CLEARTORA Technologies S.L. (en constitución) or to their respective licensors, and are protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property law.

Reproducing, distributing, publicly communicating or transforming any content without Cleartora's prior, express, written authorisation is expressly prohibited.

Licences and client work: The terms of use, the scope of the service and the rights over each solution are set out in the corresponding contract. Taking out a licence, or commissioning a custom build, does not by itself transfer intellectual property, hand over source code or grant exclusivity. Any handover of code or transfer of rights requires an express agreement and a specific price. Third-party components keep their own licence terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

Cleartora does not guarantee that the website will be continuously, uninterruptedly or error-free available, although it takes all reasonable technical and operational measures to keep the service as stable and secure as possible.

Cleartora is not liable for any loss or damage arising from interference, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone faults or disconnections in the operation of electronic systems outside its direct control.

Links to third-party websites included for information or integration purposes (for example LinkedIn, or technology and software from the wider ecosystem) fall outside our editorial control, and Cleartora therefore accepts no responsibility for their contents or policies.

The handling of personal data collected through this site is governed by our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy, in line with the principles of the GDPR and applicable data protection law.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Spanish common law applies to the resolution of any dispute, conflict or litigation relating to this website or to the activities carried out through it.

The parties expressly submit, waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply to them, to the courts and tribunals with competence under applicable Spanish law, except where consumer protection legislation imperatively establishes a different forum.
